Default Bose system problem

I have a stock bose system in my 03 touring and are having the current problems:

1. Driver side speakers are going out at times and is not affected by any rough and quick movements of the car

2. Sub behind driver side also goes out at times. Also not affected by driving condition.

I was told the wires could be lose by the amp so I went back to unhook and hook it back & made sure it was tight but it did not solve the problem. Since the speakers both work (at times) I'm sure the speaker itself is not the problem. The passenger side speakers are working perfectly normal.

So here is the question? Do I just need to replace the stock amp? If so, do I replace it with another stock Z amp or do I buy somthing aftermarket?

Or do I need to buy a new wiring harness? Or both?

Any ideas? Thanks and sorry if this is a repeat.
