Can anyone tell me the Nissan part number for the cover in Charcoal? This is the plastic part that surrounds the DVD unit as factory installed behind the driver seat. Thanks.

I couldn't get the Brickyard Touring Z I wanted with Navigation because of the late 2003 order date. I want to install an Alpine DVD navigation unit in the stock location with a Alpine TME-760 LCD screen in the stock screen location. The stock control unit and Alpine unit appear to be close to the same size.

I had already found the two brackets' part numbers, but thanks for asking.

I want to go ahead and order these parts so I will have them on hand (I hope!) when I scrape together the $$ to buy the Alpine items.

 

I know exactly what you mean. We have no Navigation Option in the UK & we don't get delivery of the first batch of cars until October / November!!!

I already have the brackets & cover trim for the Control Unit (which is standard single DIN size) & the metal bracket that goes behind the screen (don't know whether I'll use that though)

PS quoted $ 1700 for the screen by Courtesy Nissan

I'm going to go Alpine for the screen, but most probably a DVD player (instad of Navi)...
