Maybe I can get the dealer to pay for it since my bose 6 disc is skipping like a ****. Just bought the car from an Acura dealer.

Yes. Its navigation component is DVD-based. That means it’s slower than HDD-based and flash drive-based GPS devices.

That is pretty much the reason for the steep discount. It’s dead technology.

not sure why this model is so popular, it has to be one of the ugliest units out there. eclipse avn line has all the same features and the price range are the same and they look a helluva a lot better than this unit.
