pioneer p4000dvd + BOSE ?

pioneer p4000dvd + BOSE ?
Does the Pioneer P4000DVD work on 350z's with Bose in it. I heard it doesnt have a dedicted subwoofer output, or only outputs for rears or something ? Anyone know if this is true? I'll get another head unit if thats the case, because i like my sub
