I got the SPR-17s component set which might be the one your talking about and there 6.5 as are the oem all you need to do is cut using a dermal as someone already stated and your good to go, but the factory grill is only about 65% open and sucks so I'm just doing custom door pods, and the tweeters should fit just the same as the oem without any modification. As for the back ones well you do have to take off most of the crap back there just to get to them which is really stupid but it sounds ALOT better with the 6.5 type r's all around and you should definitely get a 4channel 300-400watt amp for them as well and your good to go.
