Swap '05 nav cubby for '07+ ?
I haven't really found any posts that seem to cover this, though some hint it isn't possible, but is there any way to swap the bezel from a newer z (the nav cubby with no door) for the cubby from an '05? I just don't care much for the design of the little door that seems to break so easily and was wondering if there was a cleaner way to remove it than just to disconnect the power from the door while it's open.

so there's no way to get an 06+ to fit in the space on an '05 350z? I was afraid of that, but it's too bad. Having the little motorized door is just silly.

the doors are different and the color of the material is different also. For some lame reason they changed the dashboard and nothing matches from the previous years.
