What is this and what does it do?

ok now i'm thinking towards the handfree phone kit that also seems to be installed. the connections and the stickers without a brand does make it seem like a stock nissan part.

I'd chase the wires and see where they actually go....this should yield some info.

If OEM it would be somewhere on this schematics I think - as it is the whole NAVAV system.
From what is on the label I guess it is something which was installed in Netherlands, maybe an anti-theft system? This is why it has that huge harness.
