i just recently installed the pioneer avic z2 in the Z, i hooked up the ipod cable that i had bought at bestbuy the cd-I200 and it does not want to connect or power on the ipod, could i have bought a bad cable or is there something else that i am missing. all i did was connect the cable to the back of the radio and then hooked up my ipod and i get nothing.

Any suggestions??

and just recently i noticed that my service engine soon light is on while driving, what could cause that to come on as of replacing the radio?

i figure i would ask this as well.. the navi doesnt seem to keep up with my current location, it decides to just sit at my home location and stay there no matter where i drive, i did not tap into the vss wire, could that be the issue
