Routing the SAT antenna
So... I routed my satellite antenna for my nav traffic tuner through the right A pillar and through the weather stripping and mounted the antenna on the metal above the windshield. I routed the XM/GPS antenna through the left A pillar and through the weather stripping and mounted it on the metal above the windshield. The XM/GPS antenna cable is twice as thick as the nav tuner cable and I cannot get the weather stripping to seal on the car. I tried a little bit of silicone and it's not sealing, maybe I need to try a little more silicone? Where did you guys mount your sat antennas? Also, has anyone tried replacing the weather stripping?? If so, how difficult is it to get replace it? this is an install on a roadster so I'm kinda limited on places to mount the antennas.
My Nav antenna is on the dash...under glass. It works absolutely flawlessly.
Replacing the rubber weatherstripping is very easy. Unfortunately you will need to auction off your left ******** to pay for the actual OEM part. Don't mess with the weatherstripping!
Try and massage the strip back on the best you can. If that doesn't work, it was never meant to be. Look to the dash!

Well, I know West Covina Nissan has a ton of OEM parts and listings. They are a sponsor here - I would contact them for a quote. I have had very good success dealing with them.
