Audio question regarding Z PC
I have extracted some of my CD's into WMP, and have not turned on the equalizer or any other effects in WMP. My problem is that, the vocals/high notes are sounding as if they are cracked and distorted. I know it not the apeakers, because when I play my coldplay cd in the HU it sounds crystal clear. It's driving me nuts. The other days I was playing a Underground album from the Media Library, and had the same problem. The high notes are sounding cracked up....I don't know how else to describe it. The PC audio is hooked into the XM receiver, and comes as AUX to the HU.
Any suggestions ?

Keep the computer's MAIN volume all the way up, but turn the WMP volume down to like 20-25. that will clean up the sound. then adjust the EQ the way you want it. you will have to turn up the head unit volume more than you would with a CD but the sound should be better. Don't forget to turn on the EQ and the WOW effects to get the full sound.

All 4 speakers are blown. I don't know how that could happen to infinity kappas? But I had bought them off of ebay, and had no warranty.
I'm planning on getting 4 Pioneer TS-D160R this time, brand new, so I have the 1 year warranty.
