Ok, so I ordered the UP6 last week from woofersetc. I waited and waited for an email confirmation for them to be shipped. Nothing came. So I emailed them. I got a call tonight by a representative and th UP6 were on a sor of backorder, but not technically. It was taking a while for them to come to woffersetc, and the DLS people were at CES.
He asks me if I like any others. I said of course. He then told me he would be able to get me a pricer set, for the same price as the UP6, which were $330. I ended up getting the CDT ES-620Z. They are on liquidation right now, and normally run close to the 1k price tag.

 

Have you tried Sonic Electronix? I may order from them. The guy on Ebay is trying to sell the Nobelium 6.2 for $400 + $25 shipping. They're new, and he couldn't get them to fit his Audi A8. He has 2 sets, so I may get it from him this weekend. I must cross my fingers on this deal that it'll work with the 370Z. O_o

 

watch out buying DLS on ebay.. i believe there are a lot of knockoffs floating around. I would check with bing about that.. I think he knows more.

 

I havent. I would recommend woofersetc, plus you can possibly find some great deals if you talk to a representative.

He might be an honest guy..but then the question is..where did he get them? Particularly since he can't return them.. they must not have come from an authorized dealer. I would beware, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Darn it, woofersetc is carrying DLS now? Great discounts and service, but now I will be tempted to switch out my Polk SR's for the Nobeliums.
