i dont know why they wouldnt have a divider on that road, imagine a head-on collision with both cars going 150mph..

If you watch the clock on the video you will notice that it is sped up. No doubt they were going very fast, but speeding up the video just makes it look faster.

That is true. This vid is about a poliscar chasing a Lotus Omega in Sweden. There is another version of the same vid, but running in real time, but I can´t find it.

+1 on being sped up. You can watch the seconds go twice as fast. Still a cool vid however
