2003 Bose questions - new install or repair?
Hello guys, first and foremost, I spent quite a bit of time trying to use the search feature to find the solution to my questions, but it became way too broad and I kinda/sorta gave up.
We all know about the Bose cut out, where the Bose sub would cut out and come back. Some say it's as easy as to replace the amp with a new amp from Nissan, however I would rather spend that money on a kenwood DNX7100 for obvious reasons (nav, ipod, etc). My question is, while upgrading my head unit to the DNX7100, and keeping my stock Bose speakers in-tact along with all the amplifiers and components in the car, would my Bose sub/amp still cut out with the new DNX7100 headunit? The more I think about it, the more I believe that it wouldn't rectify my cut-out issues, but I may be wrong.
I dont want to end up having a nice new DNX7100 but having the signal's cut on and off. Please advise!

HAHA, thats too much work lol - besides, I don't want my interior parts pulled apart more then required for an install...
I hate this cutout, it kills the mood when drivin around.
