Default TV screens larger than 7" in dash

I want to fit something larger then the 7" TV screen in my cubby. I am planning to run the Haltech software with gauges on the screen and I would like to have them large and easily readable. So who here has installed a larger one, mabe a 9" screen? What kind of modifications are needed. Is it really detailed to mount it up. Im thinking that there is going to have to be some cutting, shaping and what not.

The only way you will fit a 9" screen...

scratch that idea. Screen is too big. Doesnt look nice.
