Speakers Popping/Clicking on Cold Start.

Speakers Popping/Clicking on Cold Start.
Hey guys
Complete noob here, I'm a pretty active member of 6speedonline, but since most of my fellow members own P-Cars/F-Cars, information for my Z is slim.
Anyway every time I start up my 04 350Z (Bose System) it starts making popping and clicking sounds from the speakers. When it been driven around and restarted if doesn't occur. This is starting to get on my nerves. Is this a known issue or has any member come across this? Any fixes?
I did a search to see if this has been discussed and didn't find anything.
