Question Judge this setup please!

Can you guys give me some constructive critism on this system?

Front and Rear Speakers - 6.5 2-way Infinity Kappas
HU - Either Kenwood MP922 or Pioneer 7500MP
Sub - Basslink in compartment behind drivers seat

What kind of amp should i go with to power all the speakers?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

There are many amps out there. Not sure if you basslink has its own amplifier or not. So I am not sure which amp you would want.

I would get a good 4 channel and a 5 channel if your basslink is not powered.

I have a Rockford Fosgate Power 800.4 (200 watts X 4) that should suffice. Here is a picture of it. Please note, there are two amps in my amp rack, the BD1000 and Power 800.4.

Not sure on the 5 channel though.

It all comes down to, you get what you pay for. I would check ebay or etronics.com. They are a heck of a lot cheaper than a local stereo outlet, but you take the chance with the warranty aspect.

Just my .02.

The basslink has its own amp. I just wasnt sure waether i had to go with a 4 channel or 2 channel amp for the 6.5 speakers in the fronts and rears.

In my opinion, go with a 4 channel. Mine is way overpowered, my gain is way down.

Good luck
