I may be a bit crazy here, but I DON'T think this is comparing apples to apples. It depends on what sound you are after and your budget. What type of music are you playing? What is your source and processor equipment?

The differences I see immediately are:

Morel Tempo6-
At least $100 less expensive
Aluminum woofer
Copper tweeter

DLS UP6-
At least $100 more expensive
Polypropolene woofer
Silk tweeter

The different woofer and tweeter materials will lend different characteristics to the sound. Which one YOU like will depend on what sound you are after. Build quality on both should be equally top-notch as evidenced by the reputation of both manufacturers.

That said, I rather like the punchiness of an aluminum mid-woofer, like the Morels have. Some prefer the smoother hit of a polypropelyne mid-woofer. And yet others say that both aluminum and poly suck and that paper is the only mid-woofer material that sounds good (I have been known to thoroughly enjoy a good treated paper cone mid-woofer).

The copper tweeter material of the Morels might get fatiguing after a while, but that is tunable if you will be integrating an EQ into the system. I prefer silk tweeters myself. I find metal to be too harsh even when tuned down.

Overall, if I had to choose between these two sets right now, I would go for the DLS.
