Default Dynamat in a Roadster?

Will putting dynamat in a roadster with an aftermarket stereo be worth while? Will I notice any difference in the sound? I would hate to spend $200 on sound dempening and not get any gains from it because the car is a convertable.

yes big different in sound. do the doors and the stock sub location. mabe a wicked cas box if u dont have one already
