Will a kinetiks 1400 fit
Anyone ever fit one of these in the stock batt location. Yes yellow top is an option but this seems to be the better choice as long as it can fit
Optima Yellow Top D35:
size: 9 5/16" x 6 13/16" x 7 5/8"
weight: 36.4lbs
cca: 650
Kinetiks 1400:
size: 9" x 5.3" x 8.1" (8.9" with post)
weight: 39lbs
cca: 1150
So obviously your major concern is height?
In VO's thread about the Yellow Top, he has a GREAT pic showing the height of the D35 in the bay.

I think your 1400 will fit with a little modding. I believe there would be maybe another inch gained in the cover for the bay, you may need to trim some ribs out of the cover though. I can't remember if there is a tray liner that can be removed to gain some height or not, it's been a while since I changed my battery.
One other consideration is there may not be enough slack in the OE cables to stretch another inch higher. Just food for thought.

Whether you've envisioned your wedding dress for many years, changed your mind several times along the way, or are still unsure, selecting the perfect gown will probably seem a daunting task. To help demystify the process, Martha and weddings dresses editor Darcy Miller visit Michelle Roth Bridal Salon in New York City to compare four basic wedding dresses styles: the full-skirted wedding gown dress, popularized by Queen Victoria; the A-line, which takes the same style its name suggests, with a narrow bodice and a wide skirt; the princess, defined by clean lines and a widening skirt; the sheath, whose darts and seams create a simple, streamlined silhouette; and the Empire, a highwaisted style that dates to the early-nineteenth century.
