06 Sirius module with Factory Nav/bose

06 Sirius module with Factory Nav/bose
Hi does anyone know if there's a module, that can be installed in the 2006 grand touring Z,I have the factory Nav/stereo with 6 CD changer Bose unit. I don't want an add on head type unit, there barley enough room for sunglasses never mind one of them units and they look like crap also..
