hey whats up everyone. i have a situation that i have not been able to solve. i elemental design nine.1 with an FI audio sub... the situation at is that i am not getting any kick out my sub... there is power to the amp, speaker is properly connected... the system was working perfectly fine before i left to Guam... the only thing that i can think of is that when i parked my car in the garage, i had to crawl out the. maybe when i crawled out, maybe i stepped on the rca's and damaged the connection.. the only reason why i think its this is cause i tried a different set and still no sound.
my question now, is there any way to test the rca amp connection to figure if it damaged. please all input welcome and yes i know i screwed this up myself...

how many amps do you have? if you have two amps swap the RCA Connections.. otherwise you can use a multi-meter to test it

 

Have you tried emailing eD directly? I've used their customer support and have had good results. They will probably be able to help you, even if it isn't an issue with the amp itself.
