I have Sony WX7700, but i don't have a CD changer. However, I don't see a reason that CD changers from other brand won't work with Sony HU. It should work. (Not 100% sure though)

Thank you fro reply me. I went auido shpoe and people tell me wont work with the HU but I can add the (http://www.alpine-usa.com/html/D2_n_1_n_n.html )to work with it.
