I've got JL Audio e4300 4-channel and e1200 monoblock amps sitting on the floor where my passenger seat belongs, so I could finish installing dynamat, speakers etc and tune the system. Now I need to mount the amps.... somewhere. I noticed they get pretty warm. Are they designed to withstand high operating temps ? Should I be concerned about additional cooling / fans. Seems like a lot of you are mounting in the factory glove box area. I was concerned about cooling if I do that . Any advice ?
