I really am clueless when it comes to car audio, I am hoping that someone on this forum with knowledge with car audio, will help me out with my problem.

Okay, well I got these car audio equipment from my sister bf's friend, who gave it to me for very cheap, but when after my friend and I installed it, it doesn't sound as good as the stock. But the equipment I have is supposedly really good.

This is what I have: Alpine MRV-F450 5-Channel Amp, Pioneer DEH-P8500MP Head-unit, and Focal Polykevlar 165K component speakers.

The problem is that my treble sounds muffled, especially when it is coming out of the tweeters. Does anyone know the setting of which I can set it on that might make my system sound better? The type of music I listen to is: hip-hop, alternative, R&B, and pop. If anyone has knowledge of any of the equipment I have, please share your comments and knowledge to me. I am really frustrated right now with the sound coming from the speakers.
