Why would this happen....?
I just got my new car back from the shop, and tried out the CD player (6 CD changer) and there's 2 interesting problems with it.
The first issue is that the CD player skips exactly the same time as I hit bumps (even small ones) and it skips almost continiously. I have a good cleaning CD (the one that has little brushes on the bottom) but it won't work in my CD player, it won't even start it up. I know the suspension is really tight, but I'm sure it was skip-free when it was new.
The other issue is that the speakers keep turning on and off as I'm driving - never all at once - but in sections. The fronts, the rears, the left side or right side. Each side is disconnecting independent of each other, and it happens when I hit bumps in the road. It's acting like there's a short somewhere, but it affects ALL speakers at different times.
The only clue I have is that when I hit my electronic seat buttons, it makes the speakers come back on! Also if I bang the center console, it sometimes makes the speakers come back on as well...Does that mean there's a short in the wiring somewhere? What should I do? It's an '03 Enthusiast with Bose sound system. Thanks in advance.

The shop had to replace my ECM, and the speaker problem had been happening even before I took it in though.
I guess when I get some free time I'm going to have to take out the stereo console and see what I can figure out.
