My 2006 Bose HU was stolen a while back.

Any problems if I replace it with a 2003, 04, 05 unit?

No it wont.

You gotta replace the ENTIRE center console PLUS the center panels that separate the driver with passenger.

The new BOSE system is rounder around the edges. The older BOSE system is more square. Thus, you need a rounder center console, but you cant just replace the center console. You gotta replace the top part (where the 3 gauges are) and the gear part (where you shift your car) and also the arm rest part in between the driver and passenger seat.

You can make it fit with some custom work, But at that point why not go aftermarket?

You can get a KENWOOD DDX514 for less then $500 nowdays.
