Default problem with my stereo

Good Day everybody,
i have a problem with my 2004 nissan 350z stereo. If i insert any CD, it shows me " Check CD " message !! and i don't know what to do. While searching for a solution for this problem i found out that there are some problems with Bose systems. Do you recommend me to install another Stereo? and if i do install another stereo, do i have to change the bose speakers etc or they will work fine ?

If you install an aftermarket headunit and want to utilize your OEM Bose amp and speakers you'll have to get an adaptor (Search PAC OEM Bose).
