Default Single din headunit that outputs video?

i have an avic d-3 now and i would like to change to a single din unit.

I need a single din unit that does not have a screen but can output video, I dont really need 2 screens in my car.
I play ipod videos i have a 5 gen ipod
Plays my ipod songs
4-5 volt output preamp
blutooth expandablitiy

I was looking at doing the mod with the plenio VXA and connecting the video to the video input

Is there a headunit like this?

How about the JVC KD-ADV49

http://mobile.jvc.com/product.jsp?mo...hId=143&page=1

It would give you the possibility of 2 screens but is a single-DIN unit. It's a very nicely built unit with tons of features. It has 5v preamps for 5.1 channels, a/v outputs, zone 2 outputs, built-in bluetooth, full ipod control including video, also has telphone mute that maybe could be used to mute the radio when the nav wants to talk...........

I have you this:

Beside the brand name, i really like the features for it being a single din. Looks very clean and OEM as well.

Here is another unit which i wanted to buy when i was doing the plenio navi mod:

http://www.crutchfield.com/p_500DVA9...ures_and_specs

It has the 4 volt preamp but no bluetooth...can't have it all i guess ?

Let me know what you find, i'm looking to replace my JVC unit as it looks like its from the 80's

Also you can always mount a separate DVD player on the back pockets...this way you can just buy a nice single din...

+1 for the JVC i have avx 33 (couple of gens old) and its got inputs and out puts galore , ipod/usb , vid in VID OUT , sepreate audio output so you cna dvds playing on screen with a set of headphone and still keep mps playing main ! the feature list goes on worked faultlesly my only nigle (this is prob sorted now) is that mp3s on the ubs take while to find when you firt switch to the usb but then its all fine and will output the mp3 fodler nav to a seperate screen in much better detail than just on screen.
