Your Nissan dealer should be able to provide this part. If that source is more than you are willing to pay, check salvage yards (locally or do an Internet search).
You can also look for the part on the Marketplace forum here on my350z.com.
Be aware that the "harness" you ask about is a complicated multi-piece if you need all of it.
