Default Factory Stereo/Auxiliary Input

Hey guys I have 2008 350Z Enthusiast with a non-Bose factory stereo. My question is, is it possible to some how install an Auxiliary Input on the factory stereo? It is very annoying using an FM transmitter and listening to static with my music, I have tried to search for this and still haven't been able to get a clear answer.

-Thanks For Your Help.

If all you want is AUX input (no ipod): AAI-NIS2 by Pac Audio.

I've got an '08 base Z, so it doesn't have the necessary ports for a satellite radio or fancy adapter with controls. So, I bought a basic Scosche aux adapter, which was a very easy install. It splices inline with the antenna (you select the frequency) and has a 3.5mm plug for the headphone cable from your iPhone, iPod, etc. I cut off the 12v adapter piece meant to plug into the cigarette lighter, and instead hardwired it into a switched 12V circuit in the console. There is also a power switch, which I just leave on all the time, with no apparent sound degradation on the FM signal, so that piece is also mounted inside the console. I used a double-ended male-to-male 3.5mm cable, and about 8 inches sticks out from the driver's side of the console, so I can place my iPhone in that small storage compartment behind the shifter. It works great with Pandora, AOL Radio, Pocket Tunes, etc. on my iPhone 3g, as well as with the iPhone's built-in Ipod - but there are no controls other than those on the iPhone itself. FM is also unaffected, and total cost was ~$30 (eBay) and maybe 30 minutes to install.
