This should be pretty simple for someone who knows their stuff when it comes to audio(i dont). I have an 03 Z w/o bose, and about a year ago i upgraded the HU with Pioneer DEH-3000 as well as MTX 6.5" speakers all around. Sound was better but nothing special. With this setup I am pretty happy with the medium and high sound ranges but the lows are lacking.

Im thinking about getting a sub and an amp but don't want to spend much. I prefer getting second hand stuff even. I won't be keeping the car much longer but my commute can be very boring.

Someone please let me know if its worth doing with my current setup, and if so what components you recommend. Thanks!
