alphared, well the screen i get will have video in rca connectors, hopefully? thats what im guessing, so i can just hook them up to the dvd player itself, and get a fm modulator to hook it up to the HU correct? i heard fm modulators takes away from soudns quality...is there any way around this? maybe finding some twisted shielded ones? and surround it w/ some electro reflective stuff? i dnno. just a thought thx
oh, ok, you can just hook the DVD output to the RCA video in for the screen. The FM mod does degrade it, but thats because you are using FM quality and not CD quality. There is no way to increase the quality of the FM mod, shielding just prevents noise (ie. buzzing) There is no way to get CD/DVD quality sound connecting to the stock headunit (yet) No one figure out how to make a adapter to use the cd changer input to get sound in to the stock headunit.
