I have had a Clarion VS735 single DIN dvd player in my car for about a month now and finally today it stopped working. It doesnt power up at all anymore and it is receiving power cuz the security light still blinks when i detach the faceplate. It is also making weird laser noises even tho the power isn't on. Im so furious right now. Anyways I bnought it off ebay brband new from a person and dont know if since i didn't buy it at an authorized dealer if clarion will uphold the 1 yr warranty? What should I do?

 

Buy an identicle one at an authorized store, swap the serial numbers, send it back for repair, install the new one, and when you get the one back from repair, sell it on Ebay.

Or, you could try getting it repaired, but typically, warrantees are not transferable between owners.
