I am considering:

infinity kappa 60.5 cs in front
infinity kappa 63.5 in the back

i want to be 100% positive 6.5" will fit in both places?

Also will the tweeters fit in that corner or will it have to be modifies some how?

also i am putting in an xtant 12", 500 RMS sub

6.5s will fit both places but you need a spacer in the front. You may consider downgrading to 2-ways in the back since they're not crucial. I don't have those speakers but the tweeters should fit. Minimum wire gauge for those JL amps is 8 awg but I would recommend using 4 awg.
