Default On/Off remote control

I installed this recently in my car http://www.oznium.com/remote-switch and it doesn't power up the device it's hooked up to when the ignition is on and only when I push the on button on the remote.

I need the device to be on when the ignition is on and just toggle it off and on after that. Does anyone know anything similar that does that?

Would this one work? http://www.virtual-village.ca/2-chan...03601-029.html

Did you use relays? Most of these type of devices use very small current, you need a relay to actually make anything work.

Do you have an aftermarket radio? If so, you can tap the ignition wire to use it for a relay.

It's already hooked up to an iginition ON source - the cigarette lighter. I have no problem with it not working but it doesn't power up the device I have unless I push the on button even though the car powers it when the ignition is on.

I need a remote control device that is ALWAYS on by default whenever it gets power.

Does anyone know how to wire this with a closed circuit? There is an open one. A closed one. And a common one. I need the closed one.

I have no wiring diagram for this. It works if I connect it to the - and + terminals but not the way I want it. I need it to switch on when it gets power.
