...that the factory and Bose stereo's in the 350Z just totally suck !

I wouldn't pay $1 for the junk in that auction, let alone $75. I saw a 350Z Bose HU go for $1 a few weeks back, LMAO!

Actually that is not the BOSE system. It clearly says in the auction it is from the base model. The non-BOSE systems are not that good but definatley better than the BOSE.

I know that the stock HU is not Bose, but probably Clarion, which manufactures Bose...so a wolf in sheeps clothing, or however you want to look at it...

Really? I guess that's why sometimes it sounds all right and other times just plain crappy.

I destroyed the old speakers and use the housing for my new speakers. The stock speakers and HU are worse than the ones at the Radioshack.
