Fellas I'm looking for a camera that can be mounted into my rear bumper.
I do not care what the cost.
I'd like it to be compact.
It will be used alot for not only reversing but most of the time will always be on for recording purposes. It will be used at night thus I can't have a camera that has built in LEDs in the lens.
I'm close to pulling to the trigger on this http://www.avelectronic.com/Camera%2...r%20Mount.html due to it's low lux level. I'm just not sure of CCD. Most rearview cameras from Alpine and Pioneer, ect... Are CMOS type.
Anyone have info on low lux, low distortion, high res, almost HD quality rear view compact cameras? I can't find any info on the webs.
Others I've come across:
http://www.mobilesoundworks.com/Prod...VAC%2DRV5000NC
http://www.avelectronic.com/Camera%20OEM%20Type1.html
