BassLink - Facing downward - need info

BassLink - Facing downward - need info
I while back someone posted pics of a BassLink mounted in the stock location firing downward. Apparently it was mounted to the "ceiling" of the stock area.
Can anyone tell me how to mount a basslink like that?
Will I need to fabricate brackets? (if so out of what?)
Or is it just a matter of drilling a few holes and using bolts?
