If you mean, can you transmit stereo audio from your iPhone to the sound system in the car, the answer is no. Both systems are monaural (not stereo), at least on the pre-4 iPhones. The new iPhone 4 can transmit a stereo bluetooth signal to certain stereo bluetooth headphones, but you car's bluetooth is still monaural.
