Default Blackberry + Pandora: is it compatible with any headunit on the market?

Latley I've seen some new head units that connect to Iphones so you can stream Pandora to your car, however for those of us who have Blackberry's is there another alternative?

Yes... Use AUX-in or bluetooth stereo streaming. Although Pandora maxes out at about 125kbps or so if you have a good 3G connection, so if you're expecting high quality forget about it for a while.
