Default Crimp Tool Selection Help

Hello,

I have a 24 gauge wire that needs to be crimped onto a bullet connector and selecting the right crimp tool is actually a lot harder than I thought. I thought it was just simply selecting a crimp tool that fits the gauge requirement and voila, but there's actually crimp tools for different types of terminals, etc...

Here's the bullet connector I'm trying to crimp bare wire onto:

And here's the parts I want to crimp:

Basically, my selection of tools comes down to all the items inside these two catalogs.

Can anyone please tell me if any of the products I've listed will work?

How many do you have to do? I have had very good luck with using needle nose pliers to do a few of those at a time.

Out of the two you posted I would go with the 99443. However, I would also recommend finding a crimper that will do both crimps at the same time. If you have the model number of the crimp you are using you should be able to find the manufacturer tool for that exact terminal.

Molex also makes a universal crimper that is similar to that 99443, you may want to consider it. It only does a single section as well.
