These are the speakers I added to my car. I have an '04, but I don't think the sizes have changed. Crutchfield is a great resource for information on sizing.

Alpine SPR-17S
6-3/4" component speaker system — also fits 6-1/2" openings
1" silk ring-dome tweeter

Alpine SPR-17C
6-3/4" 2-way car speakers

The speaker diameter for the doors and the rear are 6.5”, but you can fit different diameters depending upon the manufacturer’s mount (i.e., a 6 ¾” diameter speaker will probably fit the rear speaker slot).

The Sail Panel holds a small tweeter (1.25” diameter).

However… The diameter is only one dimension. It’s actually the depth that is most important when mounting speakers in the doors. Depth isn’t much of a limitation when mounting rear speakers. You can also have depth issues when mounting aftermarket tweeters in the Sail Panel.
