I have this with my Bose. Stow the iPod under the shifter panel and change songs with the head unit. Keeps the iPod charged and turns off automatically when the car isn't running.

It's a NO GO with a 2003 Bose w/o Nav.

That screen shot you have is for a 2003 base radio which is differnt then the bose unit. I looked at these a while back and was pretty sure it would work. This is a Scosche on Crutchfield.com, they list it as a capatible product.

USASpec PA11-NIS works great in an 03 with Bose and no nav.
I've been using one for a couple years now

The PA11-NIS has apparently been replaced by the PA15-NIS.
I can't vouch for the PA15-NIS working

Usa-Spec Pa15-Nis will work regardless of Bose or No-Bose
