Default Xover Mounting Adhesive??

I need to mount my crossover to the door - plastic to metal. What material should I use to withstand the temps / vibrations if I am unable to use screws? Also, I may need to remove the crossovers in the future.

I tried mounting tape but the bond seems weak...I was thinking about using general purpose silicone around the exterior edge where the xover and metal actually touch (not a completely flat surface)...would silicone be a good choice...

other ideas???

either that .....or do what i already said and wrap it in bubble foam and seal it in a bag, your vobration issues are unfounded. It is a car dudio crossover, not a crystal vase.

The methods we have posted in your other threads are what people use regularly, profesionlas, the ones who do this for a living.....or im just crazy and it hasnt actually worked in every car ive ever owned before, including cars that were in Alaska at negative 50 degrees below zero, or my current cars in Arizona, at 158 degrees interior temperature in the summer.

Youre starting new threads for every single thing youre doing, why not save it for one thread? Youve had multiple feedbacks form forum members asking what the heck youre doing.. seriously.. less clutter.. i stubmle on your threads beucase theres six a day and you show up EVERYWHERE on the main page under new posts, which is where most of us read.. please man, one thread. its getting crazy bro. Dont make that kind of name for yourself, im still being positive, just letting you know is all.

when i was referring to vibration i meant in regards to the durability of the mounting procedure...same goes for the temp...

i can/will wrap in bubble wrap...but that still doesnt answer the question of mounting onto the door...more specifically...what method to mount without screws...and if there is a specific tape that will work better than mounting tape...if there is a glue / adhesive...which one is best...which have others tried...

i ask questions and start new threads as I encounter them...at first it was as I thought of them throughout my preparation for the install...sorry about that...but now it is throughout the install...

im seriously not trying to be an ahole...but if it is really bothering you...then why even read my posts...if you are just looking out for my best interests...thanks...but i will still be posting questions as I encounter them throughout the install...i believe that is why forums like this exist...i understand that at the beginning i definitely did post for almost every thing i thought of...but now i am just posting as i actually encounter issues throughout the install...
