I replaced the stock head unit myself on my 2006 base model Z with a Pioneer DEH-7300BT. There was a harness connecting to the old HU that the pioneer does not have a space for. Now my parking lights stay on while the ignition is running, and if I turn off the ignition and pull the key out, the radio stays on if the headlights are left on. How do I fix this?

 

What type of Z do you have basic, touring with or without the bose system and also do you have stock navigation system

 

basic Z, no bose or navi.

 

i got the same problem for a single din

 

maybe you wired it wrong? probably have the illumination wire incorrect is my guess..
