Bose subwoofer...what wire is positive?

Bose subwoofer...what wire is positive?
I have an 07 touring with a yellow and blue line going into my bose subwoofer. Which one is positive and which is negative? Im running a LOC. is there a way to test to find out?

No idea what a LOC is.
Rough and tough way to determine speaker polarity:
Use a 9v battery (not a car battery!) and connect to the speaker momentarily. If the cone moves out the positive terminal of the battery is connected to the positive terminal of the speaker. Backwards and the cone will move in. Trace the wire colors from there.
