Default 5 channel amp Bose Upgrade?

I am looking to upgrade the sound n my car, but maintain the stock look of the vehicle as much as possible. I would like to keep my bose head unit, but add a 5 channel amp (which I allready have) to the car to power new speakers front and back. How difficult would this be to go about? Are the front tweeters and woofers on seperate channels or are the linked? Should I just get 2 ways for the kick panels and leave the factory tweeters to collect dust? Would this cause a depreciation in sound staging? If that's the case, that would be two channels and two more for the back two. What should be done with that last channel? Replace out the bose sub? I want to increase quality of sound more than volume of it. Accuracy is what is important to me here. Where would the amp be best mounted, under the seats? Is this easy to do with the bose head unit in place? Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
