Default Need help with audio install

Hi all. I have a 2005 350z. I'm tired of letting so called installers work on my system. They always manage to screw something up so I"ve decided to redo it all myself.

I would like to know if anyone has instructions or a link on how to disassemble the interior of the car. In particular I want to remove the center panel where the parking brake and change holder are as well as the plastic panel under/behind the steering column.

I have already removed the center console and pulled the radio out and I know how to remove the door sills, door panels, and I can get to the rear speakers. Thanks in advance to anyone that can provide some info.

For anyone interested my system consists of the following
Pioneer avic f900bt head unit
Jl audio components front
Jl audio rears
Jo audio stealth box, 2x10s
Jl audio hd900/5, which is awesome by the way.
1farad monster cap.
