Question NAV-TV for under $200????

this question is for the ruly knowledgable.......
We can get an RGB converter(NTSC to RGB) for $125....
http://www.converters.tv/products/co...erters/42.html
and here is the schematic for the NAV-TV installation....
http://www.nav-tv.com/download/nissan/350Z%20WIRING.pdf
can anyone make sense of how to do this????
i know that only when there's power does the rgb interfere with the nav signal....so would we install the poer to our separate dvd and the power to the coverter together with a switch....can we wire it so that only when the rgb converter has a composite signal that it turns on???
if someone can crack this and get it to work then we can all have nav-tv for $125

Believe me, I have been waiting for someone to figure out how to convert stock nav into tv/dvd, but I don't understand any of the schematics out there.
