Reinstalling Bose head unit after removing Pioneer D3
Hi I am selling my car but I would like to keep my Pioneer D3 navigation system, so I still had the stock Bose head unit laying around and I installed it back in the car. Now, to share a little bit of history, the D3 was installed by an audio shop years ago, so I dont really how they did it. I noticed the Bose head unit has 4 connector slots plus an antenna slot. But I only found 2 connectors, which I plugged into the upper 2 slots of the HU.
At first when I plugged the 2 connectors in the unit seemed to work fine, except for very shitty sound quality. But after I put everything together the unit is not functioning. The only things working are the instrument lights. I have a feeling I blew something up.
Anyone know what I might have done wrong? Is that stock Bose HU most likely shot? And are those two lower slots supposed to be connected? Please help.

Oh my...thanks for all the wonderful responses! You guys are such a great help...wow...so touching.
I have found the problem. The audio fuse in the battery compartment blew out. Replaced it, and all is well.
Thanks again...

Are you sure all is functioning ok with only 2 connectors?. I don't know about other years but I had an 05 Bose and the connectors were 4 plus antenna. I am sure the other 2 have a function. The installer might have hidden the other 2 as I did when I took out my Bose. I needed space behind the unit for the bunch of new wires so I kind of shoved away the Bose ones i did not use.
